COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT OF LIFESCIENCE INNOVATION

OVERVIEW

The Life Science Zone focuses on the business of life science, and specifically on issues affecting the commercialization issues of life science products, therapies, and services including medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

It is not built around usual academic topics, such as finance or marketing, it is built around actual critical business issues:

  • Boosting Organic Growth

  • New Product Launch

  • New Market (Geographic) Expansion,

  • Strategy Setting and Development,

  • Business Ethics and Compliance,

 

The program is:

  • designed and delivered by select, successful executives of the life science industry with the faculty from the College of Business and School of Medicine.

  • It also embraces fundamental knowledge areas called “Life Science Fundamentals” which are essential elements in any segment of the life science industry.
